About Me

Hi, I’m Alex Wigal — a process engineer, systems thinker, and founder of Path to Precision. I’ve worked in several organizations — from startups to top Fortune companies — unlocking over seven figures in cost savings through smarter processes, automation, and operational clarity.

With a background in Industrial Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering — and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Scrum — I specialize in driving measurable gains in efficiency, productivity, and process reliability, whether in high-volume distribution centers, fast-paced manufacturing plants, or data-heavy business systems.

I also have a passion for finance, crypto, and using modern AI tools to turn good ideas into precise execution. When I’m not improving workflows or designing systems, I’m probably building something new — or spending time with my wife and son.

What people say about me

We were skeptical at first, but Alex delivered. He brought structure to our scattered workflows and aligned the team with smart, proven practices used by companies we look up to.”

Michelle P.

Alex helped us cut our order processing time by about 25% just by reorganizing a few steps and cleaning up some outdated workflows. It wasn’t a massive project, but the impact was real. Super grateful.”
